  GooderhamClear Spirit

These two iconic towers are Phase 2 and 3 of only three residential towers within the cobblestone boundaries of the Distillery District. Gooderham is perched atop what were formerly two historic rack houses used to store alcohol in barrels. The exterior has been painstakingly restored; it is now home to the lobby of Gooderham, numerous retail spaces and a highly acclaimed French restaurant, Cluny. Clear Spirit tower floats atop a new 4 storey podium; a mix of residential and commercial units. Pure Spirit, located at 33 Mill St., was completed earlier. A proposed forth tower is currently in the planning stages and will form part of the "Ribbon Building", originally conceived for the southern boundary of the Distillery District.

If you would like more information on current listings for these buildings, or any other active listings within the Distillery District or broader West Don Lands, Corktown or Old Town, please contact me. I will gladly provide you with everything I can to help you out. If you bought a unit pre-construction and are seeking information on value, or are contemplating selling your unit, please contact me for a confidential meeting to discuss your plans.

I am the very proud owner and resident of 390 Cherry St. - Gooderham Condos, and extremely happy to call it home! I have been working with buyers and sellers in the lower east side of down town for over 11 years and specialize in this area.
