Scott started his real estate career at age 13, filing listing slips at Johnston & Daniel Real Estate's Oakville office where his mother was a successful representative. At a very young age he knew real estate was the career he would ultimately choose; following in the family footsteps. It was also clear to him very early that a successful real estate career requires exceptional customer service, honesty, integrity and a great sense of humor.

Scott brings to the table numerous skills in customer service and corporate event planning from his career prior to real estate. Scott is extremely creative and has an innate sense of design. His love of architecture, both modern and historic, and a good working knowledge of renovation, have all proved to be invaluable skills in assisting clients with their real estate needs. He has renovated several properties over the years, one of them a custom redesign and re-build.

Scott's creative enthusiasm, love of all things "gourmand" and his attention to every small detail ensure that his open-houses will be well attended, and remembered. He certainly knows how to entertain with flair.

When he's not working, he spends his time cooking up a storm for friends, searching the countryside for the perfect "hobby farm" to renovate, relaxing at his family's cottage, planning his next getaway or simply walking his dog Meggy on the beach.

Over the years, Scott has lived downtown just east of Yonge and Bloor, in South Rosedale, Riverdale, The Annex and High Park.  Currently, he lives in the West End. His office is on the Danforth at Broadview. Scott  specializes in Toronto's downtown core and many of Toronto's surrounding older neighbourhoods.
Whether its an older, character home, a new townhouse or one of hundreds of Toronto's condominiums, Scott's knowledge and understanding of the broader downtown market is exemplary.
